What does the BI dashboard do?
The dashboard automatically enriches every business record with 14+ data points that would take a human researcher 20 to 30 minutes to compile manually. For each lead, the system collects and validates: technographic data including CMS platform, hosting provider, and technology stack; Google PageSpeed performance scores for both mobile and desktop; email address discovery and validation with deliverability scoring; review sentiment analysis aggregated across Google, Yelp, and industry-specific platforms; competitive positioning data showing how the business ranks against local competitors; social media presence and engagement metrics across major platforms; domain authority and backlink profile; business registration and licensing verification; and estimated annual revenue ranges based on employee count, location, and industry benchmarks.

The pipeline begins with discovery — the system identifies a new business through the crawler. From there, the lead moves through enrichment states where each data point is collected and validated independently. A lead might be in an enriched-technographics state but still pending email-validation. The system tracks each enrichment dimension separately and only promotes a lead to fully-enriched status when all data points have been collected and validated.
After enrichment, leads enter the qualification phase. The scoring engine evaluates the composite data and assigns a lead score. Leads above the qualification threshold move to outreach-ready status. Leads below the threshold are either archived or re-queued for enrichment if the system detects missing data that could change the score.
The outreach states track the full communication lifecycle: contacted, opened, clicked, replied, booked, no-response, objection, interested, proposal-sent, negotiating, won, and lost.
