The Gap
Buying telecom for a business has always meant one thing: a sales rep. You call, you sit through the pitch, you dodge the upsells, and you sign before the end of their quarter. Internet, phones, cloud, security, mobile, every category is its own rep, its own call, its own version of the same deadline. The whole process runs on the carrier's commission calendar, not yours.
Challenges
Telecom pricing hides behind your address, your existing infrastructure, and which carriers actually serve the block. You can't scrape your way to a real number, and the category is gatekept on purpose. The build had to do two hard things at once: make a famously opaque, sales-heavy process feel calm and trustworthy, and put a real AI agent at the center of it that a business owner would actually talk to instead of filling out one more form.
What We Built
Telehance, an AI telecom platform built around Teli. Teli is an AI agent who runs the entire quote. You tell her what your business needs in plain language, the way you'd brief a new coworker, and she does the rest: works out which carriers serve your address, routes the request through the Sandler and Telarus partner networks, and brings back real quotes inside 24 hours. One conversation covers every category a business runs on. No forms, no sales call, no end-of-quarter pressure.
